- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give this place a 0 I would. As soon as we were done paying, I had to wait 30+ minutes for a visit that took 5 once I got in the chair. He kept filing my one tooth down to make it skinnier- finally had to tell him not to anymore. You go a week without anything on your teeth once you get braces off- in that week my bottom teeth turned again and when his method of retainers didn't work it was of course "my fault" - btw my teeth are STILL crooked! Because he has this ridiculous notion that your mouth shape/teeth shape should be centered around your breathing- my nose is constantly stuffed and I'm frequently sick. After a year of being told I wasn't wearing my retainers and that's why my teeth never straightened out I stopped going- he clearly didn't care because he wasn't making a paycheck anymore. Staff is incredibly rude- you're the stupidest person in the world to them. If I could sue and get my money back I would- clearly I'm going to need braces again as an adult because of this fool.
