- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪had appointments for family scheduled 6 months in advance for cleanings. Confirmed via email over a week ago. Get a call the day before saying they doubled booked us and we need to reschedule. Called the day of our appointments and told them we would not reschedule. Told they had an opening at 5:45 (this was our original time slot). After my son's cleaning, we were told it would be another 30 minutes before they could examine his teeth. This is not the first time this has happened to us. While waiting in the waiting room, 2 other customers had the same complaint. If you feel like spending 3 hours there, go ahead and make an appointment. I do not recommend them at all!!February 28, 2017by Christina VanCamp
